So I'm hurting in muscles I didn't even know existed. Especially along my back. Yesterday was my last day of self defense in which I had the snot beaten out of me. I mean I hit them back 10 times harder but still. I really can't move my arms too much, and in all honesty it kinda hurts to type. I'm hoping a warm shower will make everything just feel better, that and advil. Advil is my friend. Alright So I'm hungry and sore I think my update on my kicked ass is done. The pull of the shower is too strong.
